Sin Dip Dogs
The real sin would be to forget this super-Southern staple. We gave it an update by serving it on top of mini hot dogs.

The original Southern version has ham right in the dip—but serving these melty dip on little hot dogs makes it easier (and, frankly, more fun) to eat!

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 4 oz. can green chiles
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. pickled jalapeños, chopped and divided
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 24 dinner rolls
- 12 hot dogs, sliced in half crosswise
Directions
- Step 1Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green chiles, green onions, 2 tbsp. jalapeños, and Worcestershire sauce in medium sauce pan. Cook over low heat, until cheeses are melted and the dip comes together.
- Step 2Meanwhile, heat hot dogs, and top-split dinner rolls to make mini hot dog buns.
- Step 3Place hot dog in each bun, then top with a little dip and a few chopped jalapeños. Serve immediately.
