These are actually better and easier with frozen fruit than fresh fruit. Frozen fruit helps the drinks freeze without the addition of too much ice and saves a lot of time–all the peeling and chopping is done for you.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, frozen mango, or frozen pineapple
- 2 cups ice, preferably crushed
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (the juice of 3-4 limes)
- 1 cup white rum
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
Directions
- Step 1Combine ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately or store in a pitcher in the freezer until ready to use. If the daiquiris become too hard, let them sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften before pouring into individual glasses.
