Strawberries & Champagne Kabobs

You don't have to use Champagne, per se—any sparkling wine will do.

Ingredients
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 4 peaches
- 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
Directions
- Step 1Wash and remove the stems from the strawberries, then slice the peaches into crescent shapes. (You can do this by cutting the peach in half, removing the pit, then slicing each half into strips width-wise.)
- Step 2Place fruit in a bowl and cover with Champagne. Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
- Step 3Skewer a piece of fruit and one strawberry on each toothpick before serving.
