Girl Scout cookies are seasonal, and the window of opportunity for buying boxes always seems too short. But the craving for Thin Mints, Tagalongs and Samoas — especially Samoas! — never stops. Which is why we've created plenty of Girl Scout-inspired desserts to get us through the year. Truth be told, we prefer them to the actual cookies.

You'll agree when you try this Samoa Bundt Cake. Everything wonderful about the decked out cookie ring — toasted coconut, dark chocolate, and caramel. There's just A LOT more of everything, and in the case of that particular trifecta, more equals better. It also looks like a gigantic Samoa.

As professional and amazing at it looks, the cake is a breeze to make and is way easier than tracking down a coworker with a girl scout daughter to order from. Start with a vanilla cake batter (we used box, but feel free to make your own from scratch), then fold in some caramel sauce. It's a small addition but it makes a big delish difference.

After the bundt cake is baked and cooled, it gets a blanket of chocolate ganache, more caramel sauce, a ton of coconut and a final chocolate drizzle. Cookies are cute, but this bundt cake is the real deal.
