Also known as an Irish car bomb, and Irish slammer is a cocktail made by dropping a shot of Irish cream and whiskey into a pint of stout. (It's a similar concept to a boilermaker.) It's a popular bar drink, especially on St. Patrick's Day, unsurprisingly. You've probably had it out at the bar, but it's insanely easy to make at home.

Ingredients

(11.2-oz.) bottle Guinness
- 1 oz.
Baileys
- 1 oz.
Irish whiskey
Directions
- Step 1Pour Guinness into 2 glasses. Pour Baileys and whiskey into 2 shot glasses and drop into Guinness. Drink immediately.
