Ingredients
- 1/4 cup black pitted olives
- 1 (7-oz) wheel brie
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 16 RITZ Crackers
Directions
- Step 1Make buttons: Slice about half of the olives into very thin strips then chop into very small squares.
- Step 2Make bow ties: Use a pairing knife to cut very small triangles out of remaining olives.
- Step 3Slice brie into 8 wedges, then cut each wedge in crosswise (to make a shorter wedge).
- Step 4Spread mustard onto the cut side of each brie wedge then place on cracker. Use a toothpick to place olives on brie to decorate tuxedos.
