Ingredients
- 3 cups dark chocolate (broken into pieces)
- 3 cups heavy cream
- coarse sea salt
Directions
- Step 1Bring 3 cups heavy cream to a soft, rolling boil.
- Step 2Remove from flame and pour over dark chocolate pieces.3.
- Step 3Let mixture sit for 2 minutes and mix until combined.
- Step 4Let cool until room temperature or slightly warm and spread on cake.5.
- Step 5Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
