Ingredients
For the wings
- 1/4 cup
extra-virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp.
garlic powder
- 1 tsp.
ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp.
smoked paprika
- 3 lb.
chicken wings
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
For the glaze
- 4 Tbsp.
butter
- 2 Tbsp.
honey
- 1 Tbsp.
Hot sauce
Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp.
Chopped cilantro
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and paprika. Add wings and toss until coated. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours. Drain wings and pat dry.
- Step 2Preheat oven to 425° and line a large rimmed baking sheet with a metal rack. Season wings with salt and pepper. Bake until crispy, about 50 minutes.
- Step 3Meanwhile, make glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in honey, hot sauce, and lime juice. Turn off heat then stir in cilantro.

- Step 5Serve warm.
