Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated white Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup lager
- 2 Tbsp. Fireball Whiskey
- 1 Tbsp. Hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- Cubed bread, for dipping
- Vegetables, for dipping
Directions
- Step 1In a medium bowl, toss cheeses with cornstarch.
- Step 2In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, add lager. Bring to a simmer. Gradually add cheese, whisking to combine.
- Step 3Stir in Fireball and hot sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is bubbling.
- Step 4Remove from heat and serve with dippers of your choice.
