Ingredients
- 2 sheets crescent dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pepperoni
- 1/2 lb. sliced mozzarella
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent sheets.
- Step 2Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto each rectangle. Top with sliced mozzarella and pepperoni. Starting with one long side, roll up each rectangle. Pinch edges to seal. Cut each roll into 8-9 slices. Place on the baking sheet in the shape of a tree.
- Step 3Brush the pinwheels with olive oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano.
- Step 4Bake until golden, for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
