Ingredients
- refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Pinch kosher salt
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup mini pepperoni
- Finely chopped basil, for garnish
- Stocking cookie cutter
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie cutter, stamp out stockings out of the pizza dough.
- Step 2In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, italian seasoning and salt. Brush mixture onto each pizza dough stocking, then spread a spoonful of sauce onto each piece. Decorate with cheese and mini pepperoni.
- Step 3Bake until the cheese has melted and the dough is golden. Garnish with basil and serve warm.
