Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels, plus more for garnish
- 10 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2/3 cup peanut butter, microwaved until pourable, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup caramel, microwaved until pourable, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup chopped roasted peanuts, plus more for garnish
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, combine pretzels, butter and sugar. Press into a 9” pie dish. Pour 1 c melted chocolate onto the bottom of the crust and smooth. Place in the refrigerator to harden.
- Step 2In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, caramel, and peanuts. Fold until ingredients are fully incorporated. Spread on top of chocolate layer and place pie back in the refrigerator.
- Step 3Make ganache layer: Place chocolate chips in a medium heat-proof bowl. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, heat cream until it starts to simmer. Pour over chocolate and let sit 5 minutes before whisking until smooth. Pour over peanut layer and smooth with a spatula. Top with crushed pretzels, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of caramel.
- Step 4Let set in the refrigerator, at least 1 hour. Serve.
