Ingredients
- 1 lb.
brussels sprouts, trimmed and hlaved
- 1 Tbsp.
olive oil
- 3
cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp.
dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp.
paprika
- 8
slices bacon, chopped
Ranch dressing, for drizzling
Freshly grated Parmesan, for sprinkling
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425°. On a large baking sheet, toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, oregano and paprika then season with salt and pepper. Scatter bacon on the pan.
- Step 2Bake until brussels are tender and charred, 30 minutes.
- Step 3Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve warm.
