Crispy Baked Fish Sticks With Mashed Potatoes

Nothing should get in the way of dunking crispy fish sticks into a fluffy, hearty bowl of mashed potatoes (not even tartar sauce).

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb.
cod fillets
- 1 cup
flour
- 2
eggs, beaten
- 2 cups
panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp.
Old Bay seasoning
“O, That’s Good!” Original Mashed Potatoes
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 400°. Slice cod into 2” thick slices.
- Step 2Place flour, beaten eggs, and panko into three separate shallow bowls. Season flour with Old Bay.
- Step 3Working one piece at a time, dredge cod in flour, then dip in egg, and then panko, pressing down firmly to help coating adhere. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Step 4Bake until golden and flaky, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Step 5Serve with O, That’s Good! Original Mashed Potatoes.
