Ingredients
- 3 cups
mini marshmallows
- 2 cups
sugar
- 1 cup
heavy cream
- 6 Tbsp.
butter
- 3 cups
white chocolate chips
- 1 cup
Caramel
- 30
Rolos, unwrapped, half chopped
Directions
- Step 1Line an 8” pan with parchment paper and coat evenly with cooking spray, then set aside.
- Step 2In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, sugar, heavy cream and butter.
- Step 3Cook, stirring often, until butter and marshmallows are almost melted, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Step 4Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Step 5Stir in caramel until completely combined. Place white chocolate in a large bowl and pour fudge mixture over chocolate.
- Step 6Add the whole Rolos to the prepared pan and pour fudge on top. Top with the remaining chopped Rolos.
- Step 7Let fudge cool to room temperature, then refrigerate in pan until set, about 3 hours.
- Step 8Slice into squares and serve.
