Cool Ranch Pickle Chips

Ingredients
- 1 cup dill pickle chips
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Cool Ranch Doritos
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- Ranch dressing, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 450° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat pickles dry with paper towels.
- Step 2In a medium shallow bowl, mix together crushed Doritos, butter, parsley and cayenne. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
- Step 3Working in batches, toss pickle coins in flour until lightly coated, then toss pickles in eggs. Dredge the pickles in the Dorito mixture until fully coated.
- Step 4Place pickles on prepared baking sheet and bake until the coating is golden and crispy, about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through if needed.
- Step 5Serve warm with ranch dressing.
