Whether you're looking for an easy, on-the-go breakfast or an anytime sweet snack, these fro-yo bites are the answer. All you need are 4 ingredients (plus your chosen fruit!) to create these bites: plain yogurt, whole milk, honey, and pure vanilla extract. They come together in only 10 minutes—just make sure to give them plenty of time to chill in the freezer so that they set completely. Make them the night before, then enjoy the easiest breakfast or afternoon snack the next day.
I prefer to use plain yogurt—with honey and vanilla for flavor and sweetness—instead of a pre-flavored yogurt to control the sweetness. You can really get creative with your fruit additions. I went with blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries, but feel free to use your favorite berry in here—as long as it fits into the bite!
