S'mores Jell-O Shots

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet hot chocolate mix
- 2 packets gelatin
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 12 marshmallows
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 5 graham crackers, crushed
Directions
- Step 1In a small saucepan, combine water, hot chocolate mix and gelatin. Let sit for one minute. Turn heat to medium and bring to a boil, whisking occasionally until ingredients are fully dissolved. Turn heat off and whisk in Bailey's. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Step 2Using a paring knife or small spoon, scoop out center of marshmallow to make a shot glass. Pierce with a stick, fork, or skewer and roast slightly.
- Step 3Dip the hollowed-out side into melted chocolate, then into crushed graham crackers. Fill shots with the cooled cocoa mixture and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Serve.
