There's fruit so it's healthy right? These strawberries are hollowed out and then filled with a boozy strawberry Jell-O. All summer picnics just got more fun! Be sure to not cut all the way through the bottom of the strawberries or the Jell-O will leak out! Looking for more ideas? We have a ton of Jell-O shots to try!

Ingredients
- 70
large strawberries (from about 3 lb.)
- 1
(3-oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup
boiling water
- 1 cup
vodka
- 1/2 cup
granulated sugar, for rimming strawberries
Reddi-Wip, for garnish
Crushed Nilla Wafers, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Using a paring knife, cut the tops and tips of the strawberries off so they can stand up and no longer have stems. Using a melon baller, create wells in the strawberries, being careful not to make any other holes. Discard insides.
- Step 2In a large bowl, whisk together Jell-o and water until completely dissolved. Add vodka and whisk to combine.
- Step 3Dip each strawberry in sugar, then carefully pour Jell-o mixture into strawberries. Refrigerate until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
- Step 4Top with Reddi-wip and sprinkle with Nilla Wafers.
