Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1 cup packed spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 small pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. raw, shelled hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 piece fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla hemp protein powder
Directions
- Step 1Toss all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. (Remember, if your blender needs a little help incorporating everything, use the pulse button.)
