Ingredients
For the Cheeseball
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
For the Coating
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, dill, pickle juice, garlic powder and paprika until combined, then season with salt and pepper. Form mixture into one large ball.
- Step 2Make coating: In a shallow bowl or plate, mix together bacon, cheddar and dill.
- Step 3Roll cheeseball in the mixture until fully coated and serve.
