Pull-Apart Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 small baguette or bread of your choice
- 10 slices cheddar, halved
- 10 slices mozzarella, halved
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Ranch, for serving
- marinara, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°.
- Step 2Using a bread knife, slice your bread diagonally, being careful not to cut through the bottom crust. Space your cuts about 1" to 2" apart.
- Step 3Alternate sliding pieces of cheddar and mozzarella in between the cuts until all of your cheese has been used.
- Step 4Stir parsley and garlic powder into a small bowl with the melted butter. Using a brush, cover the top of the loaf with the butter mixture.
- Step 5Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and crust turns golden.
- Step 6Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with ranch, heated marinara, or the dip of your choice!
