Asparagus has never been more addicting then this recipe. We know they're nothing really like french fries but honestly, these bacon wrapped stalks are just as poppable and delicious. ALSO! This easy recipe takes little over 30 minutes to make and only requires three ingredients: asparagus, bacon, and pepper.
It seems simple but the pepper brings out the best of the salty bacon and the veggie goodness of the asparagus. But, if you really want to up the ante, you could brush the bacon with balsamic glaze or sprinkle it with brown sugar. Or you could even sprinkle a little parm when they're finished, turn on the broiler and let the crips up for a few minutes. However you do it, this is a guilt-free Keto snack you can feel good about.
Want to make these in advance? They come together super quick as-is, but if you'd like to wrap the asparagus in advance, you can do so the day before you plan on baking them.
Test Kitchen Note: For the video, we sliced bacon in half lengthwise to create skinner strips. This step is totally unnecessary, though it does look pretty.
