Ingredients
- 1 cup
sour cream
- 1 Tbsp.
lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp.
chopped dill
- 2 Tbsp.
fresh chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp.
garlic powder
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
- 1
French baguette
Carrot sticks
Red and yellow bell pepper sticks
Cucumber sticks
cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Step 1In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, dill, chives, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Slice baguette in half, then into thirds, then on the bias and scoop out most of the inside, making sure to leave enough at the bottom as a base.
- Step 3On a toothpick or skewer, add 1 cherry tomato. Repeat so that each bread cup gets 1 cherry tomato.
- Step 4Fill each bread cup with a spoonful of dip, and add assorted vegetables.
