Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Water, Divided
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka (like Pinnacle)
  • 1 package strawberry Jell-o (3.4 oz.)
  • Pink sanding sugar
  • 8 marshmallows
  • 1 bottle whipped cream
  • 24 mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pink frosting

Directions

    1. Step 1Pour 1 cup water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat and add Jell-o packet, stirring until dissolved. Add remaining 1/2 cup water and vodka, stirring to combine. Pour into plastic shot glasses and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
    2. Step 2Make the Bunny Ears-style shots: Pour sanding sugar onto a small plate. Cut marshmallows diagonally. The freshly cut part of each marshmallow will be sticky; place it facedown in the sugar to coat. Set aside. Top each Jell-o shot with whipped cream. Top half of them with two marshmallow “ears” a piece. The rest of the shots will be used for the bunny butt style.
    3. Step 3Make the Bunny Butt-style shots: Use your fingers to flatten 16 of the mini marshmallows, so they form an oval, or rectangular, shape. Place the pink frosting in a plastic resealable bag. Snip off a tiny corner and use it to draw a large circle on each marshmallow, then add three small dots above it, forming the pads of the paws.
    4. Step 4Top each of the remaining shots with two marshmallow feet, and one whole (unflattened) mini marshmallow for the tail. Serve.
