Ingredients
Cooking spray

1 (16.5-oz.) log refrigerated cookie dough (such as Pillsbury)
- 1
bar Hershey's milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup
crushed graham crackers
- 3/4 cup
marshmallow crème
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the cups of a muffin tin with cooking spray, then fill each one with a small ball of cookie dough (about a 1/2" slice of the cookie log), pressing down gently to form a well.
- Step 2Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden in the center and edges are deeply golden. Remove from oven and heat broiler.
- Step 3Use a greased shot glass to form deep wells in the cups, then let cool 15 minutes.
- Step 4Transfer cups to a baking sheet and fill with chocolate and graham crackers. Top with marshmallow crème and broil until toasty and golden, 2 minutes.
