Iced coffee has never been so refreshing. Our espresso here was made using Krups Super Automatic Coffee Machine.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. fresh mint (5-7 leaves), plus more for garnish
- 2 tsp. sugar syrup (or simple syrup)
- 2 oz. espresso
- 3 oz. club soda
- Handful of ice
- 1 scoop mint chip ice cream
- chocolate syrup, to taste
Directions
- Step 1Muddle fresh mint in a glass with sugar syrup.
- Step 2Add in espresso and top with club soda.
- Step 3Add ice, then spoon or squeeze chocolate syrup over ice to taste.
- Step 4Top with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serve with a spoon and a fun straw.
