Ingredients
- 1 cup
butter, softened
- 4 cups
powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup
cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp.
espresso powder
- 1 tsp.
vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp.
heavy cream
pinch of kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl using a hand mixer or the bowl of a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, beat butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and beat until combined, then add cocoa powder, espresso powder, vanilla, heavy cream, and salt and beat until combined. (If you desire a thinner consistency, add 1 more tablespoon cream.)
