Ingredients
- 1 large flatbread, cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- kosher salt
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup pepperoni
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil
- red pepper flakes
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Spread flatbread onto a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Bake until crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
- Step 2Top crispy flatbread with cheese and pepperoni. Bake until the cheese has melted, another 5-7 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes, if desired.
