Ingredients
Easy Ketchup Glaze
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Coca-Cola®
Meatloaf Sliders
- 2 lb. ground beef (or any ground meat)
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko or any breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Potato slider buns
Directions
- Step 1Make the ketchup glaze: Whisk together the ketchup and Coca-Cola®, and set aside.
- Step 2Make the meatloaf sliders: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare a heavy sheet pan by using a foil-lined rack. Slice holes in foil for fat to drain. Alternatively, use a parchment lined sheet pan.
- Step 3In a large bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Make slider size patties about 2 ½ to 3 inches each (about 15 sliders). Place the sliders on prepared pan and spoon ketchup evenly over each slider.
- Step 4Bake in preheated oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve on slider buns.
