Ingredients
For the Chocolate Fondue
- 16 oz.
semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup
heavy cream
- 1 tsp.
vanilla
pinch of salt
For the White Chocolate Fondue
- 16 oz.
white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup
heavy cream
- 1 tsp.
vanilla
pinch of salt
Assorted dippers (chopped pound cake, pineapple chunks, strawberries, pretzels, apples), for dipping
Directions
- Step 1 Fold a sheet of foil to make a sturdy wall and place inside the center of your slow cooker. Place a slow-cooker liner bag over the foil divider.
- Step 2Make chocolate fondue: On the right side, combine milk chocolate chips, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Step 3Make white chocolate fondue: On the left side, combine white chocolate chips, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Step 4Cover and cook on low, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is totally melted and creamy, 2 hours.
- Step 5 Serve warm with dippers.
