Ingredients

Serves: 10

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups tomato, diced
  • 2 cups cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 2/3 cup Feta, crumbled
  • WHEAT THINS Original Snacks, for serving

Serves: 25

  • 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 cups tomato, diced
  • 5 cups cucumber, diced
  • 2 1/4 cups pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 2 1/4 cups red onion, diced
  • 1 2/3 cups Feta, crumbled
  • WHEAT THINS Original Snacks, for serving

Serves: 50

  • 2 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil

  • 4 1/2 cups red onion, diced
  • 3 1/3 cups Feta, crumbled

Directions

    1. Step 1Make dressing: In a bowl, combine garlic, oregano, sugar, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
    2. Step 2Make salsa: In a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and toss with dressing to coat.
    3. Step 3Transfer to a few serving bowls. Serve with WHEAT THINS Original Snacks, Coca-Cola® and Coors Light.
