Ingredients
Serves: 10
- 1 cup shredded chicken (from Rotisserie)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Juice of ½ lime
- Hot sauce
- 1 Box of WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
- 1 cup Cheddar, grated
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Serves: 25
- 2 cups shredded chicken (from Rotisserie)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Juice of 1 lime
- Hot sauce
- 2 boxes of WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
- 2 cups Cheddar, grated
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Serves: 50
- 4 cups shredded chicken (from Rotisserie)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- Juice of 1 lime
- Hot sauce
- 4 boxes of WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
- 4 cups Cheddar, grated
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 8 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1Preheat broiler to low. In a small bowl, combine chicken, ranch, lime juice, and a few dashes hot sauce. Set aside.
- Step 2For 10: To a large baking sheet, add WHEAT THINS Original Snacks. Top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheddar. Broil until cheese is melted. (Caution: baking sheet will be hot.) For 25: To 2 large baking sheets, add WHEAT THINS Original Snacks. Top each with 1 cup chicken mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar. Broil until cheese is melted. (Caution: baking sheets will be hot.) For 50: To 4 large baking sheets, add WHEAT THINS Original Snacks. Top each with 1 cup chicken mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar. Broil until cheese is melted. (Caution: baking sheets will be hot.)
- Step 3Garnish with tomato and green onions. Serve immediately with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light.
