Ingredients
Yields: 10 sandwiches
- 20 RITZ Crackers
- 2/3 cup dulce de leche or jarred caramel sauce
- 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- coarse sea salt
Yields: 25 sandwiches
- 50 RITZ Crackers
- 1 1/2 cups dulce de leche or jarred caramel sauce
- 2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- coarse sea salt
Yields: 50 sandwiches
- 100 RITZ Crackers
- 3 cups dulce de leche or jarred caramel sauce
- 4 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
- coarse sea salt
Directions
- Step 1Sandwich about 1 tablespoon caramel sauce between 2 RITZ Crackers. Repeat to make 10, 25, or 50 sandwiches.
- Step 2Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes.
- Step 3In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate. Dunk the RITZ sandwiches halfway in melted chocolate and place back on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Put back into the freezer until chocolate is hardened.
