Directions
- Step 1For 10: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Add Coors Light, mix, then add all of the mozzarella, 3 cups cheddar and 4 tablespoons chives. For 25: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Add Coors Light, mix, then add all of the mozzarella, 7½ cups cheddar, and 10 tablespoons chives. For 50: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In 1 or 2 large bowls, combine cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add Coors Light, mix, then add all of the mozzarella, 15 cups cheddar, and 20 tablespoons chives.
- Step 2For 10: Transfer mixture to a large oven-safe skillet and smooth top. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar. For 25: Transfer mixture to 2 large oven-safe skillets and smooth tops. Sprinkle each with remaining cheddar. For 50: Divide mixture into 4 large oven-safe skillets and smooth tops. Sprinkle each with remaining cheddar.
- Step 3For 10: Bake until bubbly, 15-20 minutes (caution: the skillet will be hot). Garnish with remaining chives and serve with RITZ Crackers and serve with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light. For 25: Bake until bubbly, 25-30 minutes (caution: the skillet will be hot). Garnish with remaining chives and serve with RITZ Crackers and serve with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light. For 50: Bake until bubbly, 30 minutes (caution: the skillet will be hot). Garnish with remaining chives and serve with RITZ Crackers and serve with Coca-Cola® and Coors Light.
