Ingredients
- 1 cup
vodka
- 2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp.
hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp.
lemon pepper
- 1
pint cherry tomatoes
- 2
stalks celery, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 16
sliced bacon
- 16
baby dill pickles or cornichons
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together vodka, Worcestershire, hot sauce, and lemon pepper.
- Step 2Add tomatoes and celery and let soak in refrigerator at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Step 3In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, but still pliable, 6 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, then halve.
- Step 4On each appetizer skewer, skewer 2 bacon halves, soaked tomatoes and celery, and a pickle.
