Lil smokies belong at every super bowl party and potluck. Hit them with a shot of bourbon for a little something extra that shakes up the expected. It's a welcome addition and goes well with all of those party dips!

Ingredients
- 2 lb.
cocktail weiners
- 1 cup
brown sugar
- 1 cup
ketchup
- 1/2 cup
bourbon
- 1/3 cup
finely chopped shallot (from 1 small)
- 3
cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Step 1In a small slow cooker, combine cocktail weiners, brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, shallot, and garlic. Stir to combine and cover.
- Step 2Cook on high until the bourbon smell has cooked off, 6 hours.
- Step 3Serve with toothpicks.
