When you bake little piles of grated cheese, magic happens. Or, you know, the cheese turns into perfectly crispy chips. (Which in our eyes is magic.)

Ingredients
- 10 Tbsp.
freshly grated Parmesan
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2Add the Parmesan, one tablespoon at a time. Carefully pat down flat. Crack a generous amount of pepper over each mound. Bake until crispy and lightly golden, 12 minutes.
Though best when eaten day of, these crisp can be stored in an airtight container with wax or parchment paper in between layers.
