Ingredients

mini dill pickles
- 4 oz.
cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup
shredded cheddar
- 1
clove garlic, chopped
- 6
slices bacon, quartered
Directions
For the Oven:
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400º. Halve pickles, scoop out centers and discard.
- Step 2In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic until combined.
- Step 3Spoon mixture into pickles and wrap each with a cut slice of bacon.
- Step 4Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until mixture is warm and bacon is crispy, about 18 minutes.
- Step 5Serve immediately.
For the Air Fryer:
- Step 1Halve pickles, scoop out centers and discard.
- Step 2In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic until combined.
- Step 3Spoon mixture into pickles and wrap each with a cut slice of bacon.
- Step 4Working in batches, arrange pickles in a single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook at 400º until bacon is cooked through, about 12 minutes.
- Step 5Serve immediately.
