This isn't just a quesadilla filled with mozz and pepperoni. It's topped with the works and looks JUST like an actual pizza. Plus, it's so easy to make, and even easier to customize. After making your pizza-inspired quesadilla—filled with pizza sauce, two types of cheese, garlic, and pepperoni—you'll top it with even more pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasonings. The result is an extra-cheesy appetizer or easy, kid-friendly snack that your family will ask for again and again.
The best part? You can make this pizzadilla however you please. Use your favorite store-bought brand, or make homemade pizza sauce. If you're not a pepperoni fan, add on your favorite pizza toppings instead (Hawaiian pizza, anyone?).
