Crispy Roasted Broccoli

Transform roasted broccoli with garlic, cheese and crispy breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1Roast broccoli florets and 2 tablespoons olive oil on a large baking sheet at 425 degrees F, without stirring, until brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Step 2Combine panko breadcrumbs, remaining olive oil, parsley, and garlic; sprinkle over broccoli. Roast until panko is golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
