Ingredients
- 3 8-oz. blocks cream cheese
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast (or 2 poached chicken breasts), shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onions, plus more for garnish
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 1 1/2 hours, or until everything has melted. Stir and cover with more green onions, then serve with tortilla chips.
