panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup
plus 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp.

- 4
bone-in pork chops, about 3/4"-thick
- 1 1/2 lb.
fresh green beans
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400° and set wire rack on baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix panko, 1/4 cup olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, parsley, paprika, and 2 teaspoons salt until evenly combined. Transfer mixture to a large resealable plastic bag.
- Step 2Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Add pork chops to the bag and shake until evenly coated in panko mixture.
