Ingredients
- 1 can cream soda
- 2 Tbsp. butterscotch syrup, plus more for lining glass
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Step 1In a large pitcher or bowl, stir together cream soda and butterscotch syrup until combined.
- Step 2In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment, beat heavy cream until medium peaks form. Stir in sugar and butter until combined. Set aside.
- Step 3Line glasses with butterscotch syrup and add two scoops of ice cream to each glass. Pour in cream soda mixture, then top with whipped cream and serve.
