Ingredients
- 1 lb.
rigatoni
- 2 cups
shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup
buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup
ranch dressing, plus more for drizzling
- 5
stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup
freshly chopped chives
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
- Step 2Add chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch, celery, and chives to bowl and toss until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3Drizzle with ranch before serving.
