Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. gochujang (Korean pepper paste)
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed with press
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 lbs. steak (skirt, hanger or flank) or 3 lbs. chicken parts

Directions

    1. Step 1Whisk soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth. Toss with steak or chicken.
    2. Step 2Marinate at least 1 hour or up to 3 hours before grilling.
