Gochujang-Ginger Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. gochujang (Korean pepper paste)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed with press
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 lbs. steak (skirt, hanger or flank) or 3 lbs. chicken parts
Directions
- Step 1Whisk soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth. Toss with steak or chicken.
- Step 2Marinate at least 1 hour or up to 3 hours before grilling.
