Cheddar Bacon Ranch Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (80% lean)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 package bacon, diced and cooked
- 1/2 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 4 brioche buns
- butter lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ranch dressing
- Sour Cream and Onion chips
Directions
- Step 1In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, bacon and ranch seasoning. Form into four patties.
- Step 2Use oil to brush the grates of the grill or grill pan. Turn the heat to medium, and place burgers on the grill, cooking about 4 minutes per side.
- Step 3Just before removing burgers from the grill (or grill pan), place a slice of cheese atop each patty, letting it melt a bit.
- Step 4Put each patty on a bun half, adding lettuce, tomato, ranch dressing and chips. Top with the other bun half and serve.
