Holy cannoli this dip is good. Making homemade cannoli is fun but time consuming and can be hard to make for a crowd! This dip version is all the fun without the hassle. Ricotta and heavy cream makes the perfect, irresistible dessert dip that no one will be able to stop eating. Trust us, put a bowl of cannoli dip out on your dessert spread and it will be gone faster than you can say, "Buon appetito!". Can't find cannoli shells? Use ice cream cones or graham crackers!

Ingredients
- 2 cups
heavy cream
- 1/3 cup
powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups
whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup
mini chocolate chips
- 2 tsp.
cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Cannoli shells, broken in large pieces
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream and sugar together.
- Step 2Fold in ricotta and chocolate chips, then stir in cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Step 3If not serving right away, refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with cannoli shells.
