Turmeric, found in this drink, has been known to have anti-inflammatory properties, which can ease swelling, redness and relieve muscle pain.

Ingredients
For the Golden Milk Paste
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. water
For the Latte
- 2 1/2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 1/3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 4 drops pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
Directions
- Step 1Make the golden milk paste: Combine turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and water, stirring to form a paste. Set aside.
- Step 2Make the latte: Combine coffee, almond milk, vanilla, honey and coconut oil in a blender. Add 1 teaspoon golden milk paste. Blend until frothy and thoroughly combined.
- Step 3Pour into mugs and serve.
