Kale Pesto

If you're a kale-aholic, this dark-green pesto will become an instant fave. This recipe makes enough sauce for a pound of pasta! But it'd be delicious over our Chicken Margherita too.

Ingredients

bunch kale, leaves stripped and blanched
- 1 cup
fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup
extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup
freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup
walnuts
- 1
clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp.
kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1In the bowl of a food processor, combine kale, basil, and oil and pulse until combined. Add Parmesan, walnuts, garlic, and salt and blend until combined.
- Step 2Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
